Basic Arc welding

Learn how to correctly interpret welding symbols on engineering drawings. You will also learn how to set up arc welding equipment and safe use. Learn to bead and weave weld, fillet and corner joints and horizontal butt joints.

Anyone that is in the industry where a lot of prefabricated pipe work is done.

The participant will be able to:

  • How to calculate angles and set contour marker.
  • Correct use of contour marker.
  • Adjust the front wheel alignment.
  • How to mark out pipes correct.

Drawing Development

Understanding the principals of developing methods. Being able to read and understand drawings. Understand where and when to keep thicknesses in mind and when to use MD.

Boilermakers.

Basic understanding or background of developments and drawings.

The participant will be able to:

  • Be able to do all types of drawing methods, like Triangulation, Straight-line and radial line methods.
  • You will be able to draw to size and how and where to keep the thickness of material in mind. Do the layout patterns of the drawing and form there the development if required.
  • Will learn how to do all the calculations with a calculator to get to the correct heights or angles.

MIG Welding

Metal inert gas (MIG) is an arc welding process that uses a continuous solid wire electrode heated and fed into weld pool from a welding gun. The gun feeds a shielding gas alongside the electrode helping protect the weld pool. It Is also known as CO2 or SMAW. You will learn to set up the machine and safe operating it in all welding positions. Set up and use cutting torch for preparation of steel.

Any person that is interested to up lift their skill in welding and are making use of MIG welding in their workshop or Garage or fixing exhaust. Companies with production time lost due to lack of training.

Basic knowledge of the welding process and methods.

  • You will know how to safely set up a MIG welding machine.
  • Prepare material and set machine to weld different positions. Butt joints, corner joints, horizontal butt joints, overhead joints and vertical up.

Oxy Acetylene Cutting Welding and Grinding

Understanding the principals and operation of Oxy-Acetylene, welding and grinding. Being able to assemble cutting equipment and apply correct methods of operations on grinding materials. How to cut steel with oxy-Acetylene and bevel it, after that how to prepare the steel for welding.

Boilermaker, Welder and cutting torch operator.

Basic understanding or background of Oxy- Acetylene cutting, welding, and grinding machines. basic knowledge of the welding process and methods.

The participant will be able to:

  • In this Couse you will learn how to do the following on Oxy-Acetylene cutting Standard Equipment, Safety Equipment, Fire Risk, Ventilation, Connections, Daily inspections, Arresters and valves, Torch Transport, and the safety requirements for cutting torch operations.
  • On the grinder you will learn all the parts of the grinder and operation of the grinder. All the deferent discs for the grinder and their applications. How to bevel steel with the Cutting torch and how to clean steel with the grinder.

TIG Welding

Gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW), also known as Tungsten inert gas welding (TIG) is used in many industries. This course will over you how to set the equipment up correct and safe. It will also teach you to weld thin material as well as a verity of ferrous and nonferrous material like carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminium. Set up and use cutting torch for preparation of steel.

Anyone that specialize in detailed welding, carbon steel welding, aluminum welding, and stainless-steel welding.

Basic understanding or background of hydraulic systems and machines. basic knowledge of the welding process and methods.

The participant will be able to:

  • You will know how to set up and use TIG equipment correct and safe.
  • All terms and parts identify.
  • How to purge and prevent Colliflower on the welds.
  • Weld variety of joints and pipes in different positions.
